I wouldn't recommend someone in major funds who got printed paper checks from the Fed and pump and the real estate market like crazy. What's the point of getting free money from the printing press and grab all the hard assets they can ? Do you think it will go on forever ? By the way, the rats are out there underneath in hk but they are better than termites in the US. I think high oil and food prices will eventually crush the hk real estate market when riots begin to shake the HKSAR government.
