I hope you enjoy the long piece on Rush in your Sunday New York Times magazine section, John. I know you wouldn't want to miss it. Well, BP, I know that's sarcasm and, perhaps, not even friendly sarcasm. But I do plan to read it; in fact may well read it this afternoon since it's online. The social support for that kind of extreme right wing rhetoric is a curiosity of late 20th century, early 21st century Americana. Always makes sense to learn more about what makes it tick.
