Job loss and greater depression will couple with suicide in one's own flat that actually drives down the price of real estate and usually end up with the price cut in half. It is HK style of doomsday with debt piling up on personal accounts, because people either hang themselves in bedrooms and burn charcoal on dinner tables which will ultimately affect the psyche of people's mind living nearby. Then, haunted tales in estate building are rumored to be true and being broadcast on radio. How many times have I seen a building being torn off just because there's horrible crime committed out of financial desperation ? I think that will be the eventual market killer when people trying to avoid a place to live. Better watch the suicide rate when things collapse from the roof.
