The issue is not whether it "works" or not, but to what degree it works. Do you think that falling oil prices will fix the market and take us to new highs? Or perhaps to at least back to May highs?

Oil as an input is supreme, but it is not *the* problem with the economy.

Again, I reiterate, that we are believe that falling oil prices will provide some relief to equities. That seems obvious enough given how it is a crisis atmosphere now regarding oil.

Deteriorating economic conditions, inflation, and credit bubble unwinding are bigger than a drop in oil price.
