and Affirmative Action sure did help people who relied on professionals who were extended that lopsided benefit.

It did more damage than it helped black people.......

You ask an employer which graduate of Harvard he'd rather have, a white one or a black one with only slightly better grades.... I put it to you that AA has initiated a whole new crop of prejudices....

No, the best way to have dealt with that problem was to enforce equal opportunity hiring. Businesses would comply simply because the cost of not complying would be economically untenable........
