Gw Bush's reported cocaine arrest in 1971 rings very true to me precisely because I was at some of those parties in the 70's in the high-line preppy world. My best friend's father ran for senate as a Republican. I knew many of the Kennedy kids too. I knew plenty of GW Bush types, and if they were party animals (and not into weed) they did cocaine. It was considered the caviar of drugs back them for the elite. Though I am younger than GW, I see him him exactly the type of older preppy guys I witnessed in those days.

But who cares now? GW Bush has ruined our economy and military and whether or not he was a cokehead in the 70's is trivial.
