English women didn't get the vote until the 1930s. Slavery was prevalent in many areas of the globe from biblical times until the 19th century. Many African natives used their racial brothers as personal slaves. The southern US was not unique in respect to slavery at that time in world history. Why do African Americans always ignore the fact that every ethnic group that arrived on US shores experienced bigotry? Here again it was not only in America that an ethnic or racial minority lived with hostile feelings from the established population---it's an inherent part of human nature. "Birds of a feather cling together." Blacks exhibit bigotry towards Whites and Spanish. Therefore, why do they cling to the belief that they're the only people on earth who have ever experienced prejudice?
