When I was in law school, there were no names on the exams, only numbers so those grading the exams did not know whose exam was being graded.

Yes, and Michelle Obama has admitted that she would never have been admitted to Princeton or Harvard without affirmative action. She said her SAT scores were too low. Those who've used that racist government program must realize that the general population apparently discounts their qualifications...it really has the effect of doing more harm than good for minorities today. >Obama's wife also went to Harvard.<

Anyone who listens to Obama can tell how smart he is. He is a very articulate person. He can't be that smart.....if he were, he'd be a Republican...and or a conservative...

Obama's wife also went to Harvard." Obama's Kenyan father who abandoned him at age two in Hawaii also went to Harvard. Obama, Sr. would have been at Harvard circa 1963/1964. As I recall Obama, Sr. was part of an outreach effort by the USA to bring black Africans to study in the USA. This was the affirmative action outreach of the early 1960's. Would you not agree that his father's attending Harvard had some influence on Obama, Jr. getting into Harvard? mj
