RHONDA IS "THE SPOOK" -- DEFINITELY & WITHOUT question on this SI board. Might as well call her Rhonda on this board rather than 'the spook'

Did he really? Can you prove payment specifically for the patents, or was it just salary?

funny Spook ... but Marc received the same "payment" as Ed five years ago for the patent and as far as I know he did jack in inventing LACC, he was the business "brains" behind Americhip .. and I use that term lightly as he has proven to be fairly inept in managing this company over the last five years with nothing but mistake after mistake after mistake. The IR department is equally as inept, IMO.

It's starting to look like Marc used Ed like a tool, then tossed him aside to keep control of a company with the stock printing presses continually cranking to give his buddies (uh ... I mean consultants) free shares. I noticed in the DEF14A the O/S is now up to 297M, that's 75M issued since April 21st. It's also interesting how these Corporate By-law changes have been slipped in just before the shareholders meeting. And why Miami ... why not corporate headquarters at KSI? Is there something there ACII management doesn't want shareholders to see? One would think under the interest of "full disclosure" that shareholders should be shown the LACC process in action .. but ACII hosts the meeting over 1,000 miles away?!?!

Didn't we just have a PR in mid-June about how ACII is focused on LACC? Now we get a shareholder update mentioning the need of $2M to be a wind energy supplier?!?!?! Also mentioned is a milling machine in the capital expenditures budget to get aerospace business?!?!? Where does LACC fit into that?!??!?! Every PR seems filled with more double-talk ... management has the appearance of being nothing but scatter-brains talking about this, that and anything else they think might help sell shares. That appears to be the only "strategy".
