The July 4 presidential polling omens Let me add two other factors to the list of how this won't be decided until November. First the Republicans have just wound up their attack machine and put it into action. We think that Americans are smarted this time but.......... Secondly, there is the Tom Bradley effect. It could be people are saying they will vote for Obama in theory but in practice [in the voting booth], they will pull the lever for McBush. In other words, it ain't over til its over.
