He didn't go there to help. He went there to play the race card and make money. Look at the house he got for that.

Obama's choice of a controversial church and radical associates in the southside of Chicago are the most troubling aspects of his early yrs in politics.

But what happens when people who try to help and through their help make bad situations worse? BOs handling of the 'projects' that he enabled the funding for..... Most of them are rat and gang infested holes, deemed uninhabitable.

I'd put it to you that by either putting pressure on construction firms to build low income housing or getting the gov't to subsidise low income housing it ends up being the same, a government subsidised ghetto. I'd also put it to you that what in effect 'projects' like that have is to interfere with the natural order of things. What I mean by that is that people tend to leave places where there is no work or decent places to live and migrate to places where those things exist. It's only human nature to do this in self interest.

What BO and the do gooder liberals have done is to create a little slice of Democratic heaven in their section of Chicago, a ready voting block of poor people on the welfare rolls who are only too ready to vote themselves more money. Thoroughly dependent on the gov't for their varied existence, just the way the left wingers like it.......
