Oh boy. That was the stupidest thing you've posted yet. Why do you think Iraqis were so happy about hanging Saddam? We didn't hang him. They gave him a trial, sentenced him, and hung him themselves.

New York Times Asks Iraqis if Bush OR bin Laden Should be Tried for War Crimes

In a New York Times series with Baghdad teenagers, the question from the NYTimes was:

“If you could see one man put on trial for his crimes, who would it be: George W. Bush or Osama bin Laden?”

Too bad for the NYT, but the Iraqi teens didn’t hesitate to answer “Osama bin Laden”.

If anyone knows what a war crime looks like it’s the Iraqi people. I guess that’s where the questioner erred in his judgment and didn’t properly assess the audience.
