Lindy, Few things show more clearly how hate Bush is all that matters to Democrats. They repeatedly sacrifice the good of the country for pander gain to their interest groups - they are not stupid - then know better - they are evil. When forced to govern we are going to see a whole lot of flips as idiocy when in power will lead to being out of power. I wonder how long they think blaming Bush will cover their errors.

90 percent of Colombian goods already enter this country duty-free, whereas U.S. exporters pay significant tariffs to get our goods into Colombia.

A contrary thought here. Why doesn't Columbia go ahead and let our goods in 90% duty free?
