No, my friend lost his money in Bear Sterns. I have been fully invested in BEARX for almost a year. Check it out, it's still a good investment. Just remember, Bushies always lie about the economy and try to sugar coat things so expect the really bad news to be leaked finally after Bush-cheney have fled DC and are in evil somewhere, probably in Dubai.
