Ann, I make my living as a trader. Right now I am heavy with coal stocks. The oil prices are high because the demand is 87 million barrels and the supply is 85 million barrels.

It is a matter of supply and demand and has nothing to do with dems.

Although if the dems had been in control the last 30 years they would have demanded higher fuel standards from detroit and we would be in much better shape. Carter tried to warn us, but we laughed at him. how prescient he turned out to be.

For every one mile a gallon of fuel efficiency we save 350,000 barrles of oil a day in the us.

Think the dems will go after their cash flow since their biggest deep pockets are speculators against the dollar which is one of the sources of higher fuel prices?
