Yes Amarskp, same article with slight changes in form but not in content. I would say it is better written, more to the point.

I have not looked at the automatic translation but the articles adds nothing new. They say 30 millions , but dont specify the currency. I have assumed it was 30 million dollars...

Hopefully this can be resolved quickly and dies out . Seems like they have gotten a fair deal and people employed already seem to think so as well.
