BEARX is cleaning up this past month or two. That's what I meant. for nine months it didn't do much of anything. But as gas prices spiked and the irrational exuberance finally dissipated from the markets, BEARX paid off and now it's fully invested in the continued malaise of the Bush economy, which is sure to continue for a long time considering the fact that the worst news hasn't even come out yet. Isn't it sad that the safest investment in the US now is one that bets against a strong economy? You can blame Bush-Cheney-Delay-Frist for that. They inherited a near perfect economy with huge surpluses, then totally looted and squandered it.
