That's a great question Jimss. Our government in general, all three branches, needs to re-evaluated their positions. In the newspaper today one of our wonderful congressional leaders said that earmarks are "an important part of my job." He added "earmarks are mandated by the US Constitution." Have these guys read the document?? Do they care?? Rhetorical questions to answers I already know...
