Can you explain why, with the exception of the "U.S. Synthetic Fuels Corporation Act," none of these links in Wikipedia seem to lead to anywhere?

en.wikipedia.org

The Energy Security Act was signed into law by U.S. President Jimmy Carter on June 30, 1980. It consisted of six major acts:

U.S. Synthetic Fuels Corporation Act
Biomass Energy and Alcohol Fuels Act
Renewable Energy Resources Act
Solar Energy and Energy Conservation Act
Solar Energy and Energy Conservation Bank Act
Geothermal Energy Act
Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion Act

I posted his energy plan, nothing there. "The cornerstone of our policy...conservation"

It's obvious he didn't have a plan. Try to make everyone feel better, "I feel your pain". A predictable democrat like today's democrats, "conserve" and suffer equally in the name of "fairness" comrade. With liberals the state is the supreme diety, we're all in this together, it's for the motherland.
