big oil is so small in the oil production business it makes this report a joke. to tie bush cheney to bp, shell, etc is also silly. why would Iraq invite in "big oil". could it be the equipment and fields are in such bad shape they need to find the top experienced people in the world to bring them up to production levels. certainly russia hasn't the experience as they are ruining their fields.. i doubt those in south america are producing fields, vz may be leaving more in the ground than they are taking out.

fantasy and conspiracies will continue for our life time. this is a great fiction story.. perhaps another novel.
