$50,000 to $100,000 a year for a prescription drug? What is Genentech, an oil company? I think it comes down to how much 4 months means to a person of means. If Warren Buffett is paying it, no big deal. But there aren't many for whom the cost/benefit relationship is that good. I was once told that eating 8 raw almonds a day will prevent any cancer known to man. The doctors are keeping that a secret and the only ones who know about it seem to be almond growers. What a co-ink-a-dink! <G> However, I love raw almonds, so I chomp down on my 2/3s of a dozen every day.
