They spend nothing on Defense, expecting the US to bail them out.

My question is, why do we keep letting them do it? We've already dug them out of two world wars.

US should retain it's hefty membership dues to the UN and send a note saying "retained for partial payment of the world's debt to the US military." Let the other nations pay the tab for the UN. US taxpayers have already done more than their fair share between financing the globe's emergency service in the form of our military, as well as providing disaster relief.
