Sure did take a lot of words to make a few points. Being PC has not just England but America tied up in knots, figuratively speaking. For good reason, we've had several decades of special interests working to control how we think and how we say it. So in England-----they have a new class of welfare recipients due to Sharia law. As the author wrote---- "Besides, we know that from respect it is only a short step to encouragement, to inclusion, accommodation and adaptation – to unwanted change from within. We’ve seen this happening in various ways; to give just one instance, some Muslim men with multiple wives under sharia are being paid welfare benefits for all of them, as wives, in accordance with specific guidelines from the Department for Work and Pensions, even though polygamy is against the law in this country." Where this all comes apart is under criminal law----where does criminal behavoior begin and religious behavior stop. To carry this a little further--------this is what we heard about 9/11-------the suicide bombers are looking forward to a reward by Allah, their religious symbol for afterlife. Where as we, I, consider the act that they did wanton evil, criminal and an act of war with the radical terrorists. mj
