Yes, that almost describes British Policy, and American Policy when the leaders including Roosevelt saw that war was inevitable. If they are to go to war with Islam, and Islam is already at war with us, the only way to persuade the average man is to make him blame Islam for all his/her problems. Thus they allow the price of Oil to explode.... Islam went to war with us in 1914, and has been at war ever since. We have just not admitted it. Now the West has to undo the idiocy they supported and admit we are in a war they have denied. After all religious wars are so old fashioned.
