Bin Laden first, Dick Cheney second, GW Bush third. I only place Bush third because he is more of a tool than cheney,. who is an engineer. Bin Laden is the Saudi equivalent of GW, a corrupt rich kid with radical ideas. Bin LAden chose terrorism. GW Bush chose screwing over the American people and ruining our military. GW Bush also let Bin LAden walk. Which makes us all wonder if the longtime Bush-Bin Laden family alliance trumped Bush's phony dishonest and self-defeating war on terror.
