That was good timing. <born before D-Day and grateful as hell that we dropped the bomb on Japan because my Dad would have been in on the invasion in the Navigator Bombardier seat up front of his Mitchell bomber, a risky occupation for such an event. > Even if your father hadn't returned, you'd have been okay. If my father had been killed, he would have taken me with him, which was quite inconsiderate really, putting future children at great risk.
