"Who's arguing, anyway?"

You were arguing. Apparently you did not realize you were.

This is an argument:

"So, your statement is not precisely accurate."

I maintain that my statement was accurate. "Improvement" of infrastructure (to me, and I suspect most people) means that infrastructure is getting generally better. That does not appear to be the case, and to contradict my statement (yes, that was an argument on your part) you cite some construction you have seen. I am not disappointed you did not know you made an argument, but I do find it a little disconcerting.

That's ludicrous to contradict a general statement about infrastructure across the US- concerning dam quality, water treatment plant health, road and airport quality and water delivery system quality, with a post about how you've seen some road repairs. There is no other word for it. You made an argument, and it was ludicrous. If you can find something about infrastructure GENERALLY improving, that would be a non-ludicrous argument, and I'd be interested in it. I'm so glad not to have disappointed you. You didn't disappoint me either, but I can't say I share the same level of interest in your response.
