Looks to me like Bramson,Strickland,Mckibben,Talcott and the rest of the cheap cronies at Ampex are looking for away to squeeze out out of their planned BK already.It is my hope that Judge Gonzalez's answer is a plain and solid NO. IMO. Questions: Why a Sarbanes-Oxley letter from Bramson to Mckibben for $50,000.00 incentive bonus for Why does Talcott get a % of royalty payments. Why no PR about M-CAM deal. Why no PR about Commerical Strategy deal. Why no news whatever so ever since Strickland took over.What did he take over for at $325,000.00 and all kind of perks for. TO DO NOTHING. I would like some answers here.

Thanks for update James .If the Judge can see the whole picture and toss this BK out and call for an SEC investigation into all of Ampex past dealing . Thanks again for all the HARD WORK you have invested .

if ampex management was confident they had it all wrapped up they would have gone ahead with the July 31 hearing...... apparently they are concerned about the outcome of the hearing.
