Lexi, I will be very interested in this play. We currently have an F-18 simulator site in Cold Lake Canada not far from the sands. I am constantly worried about losing technicians to the oil boon. They can make a lot more money working in the oil sands business. I am told that some of the technicians that work on the flightline have left for the oil fields but so far I have been able to keep our team together there. They have a nice work environment and get to play with multi million $ video games so they seem to be willing to forego the higher $ opportunities (so far). Thanks for the link. Dave
