I wondered the same thing as I read that article and wrote about it-----why weren't the men arrested in the Texas case.

I followed the case in Texas to the point that some of the supposed children were not children but were considered adults.

Would think the Texas case is still being considered in some way------at least there was restraint in not going in and killing the people as happened in the case when Clinton was President.
