Would you be for this? Tax fica like medicare..Flat tax for all income at lower rate but on all earned income. Perhaps for the first 20K of income, half tax before full rate kicks in. Make both medicare and Fica pay for itself. No more paper transfers and IOUS. What do you think the rate would be on combined fica medicare?? About 4%??
