You are repeating back to me what I have been telling you for years.That is well priced into the dollar/real equation.What is not priced in is a deflationary outcome and the significant slowing of the developing world and continued fall of commodites as the US consumer rolls over and interest rates go up in the developing world.

Meanwhile, the BVSP should be taggging the 42k area by fall, the area of the lower monthly Bollinger Band and the 50-EMA on the monthly.

Don't get too bullish on Brazil here when there's a 30% haircut still coming.
