Just recognize there are tradeoffs between biofuels and the rain forest. You can't pretend we can expand biofuels w/o sacrificing rain forest. That, of course, is going to require the world to ante up....big time. Maybe the US will have some surplus cash to throw into the pot once the wars are over. You want us to send money to Brazil to preserve rain forest? Typical liberal. Why is it our responsibility to do this? Preserving rain forest will require them to stop expanding the biofuels industry.
