what do you think of the possibility that the management forgo its stock-based compensation this quarter, if the insurance doesn't cover enough of the defect charge?

Even though mistakes happen, RMTR is a small company, mistake(s) will have a huge impact. They not only need to straighten out the situation with the customer(s) and the manufacturer, one would think they need to appease its shareholders too.

I know this sounds naive, the management already have protected themselves from class action lawsuits, but I'm not too thrilled to see them pick up more cheap shares in their stock-base compensation.
