You are living 30-40 years in the past. If there are any programs throwing money at people (blacks and Hispanics I'm sure you mean) who "don't want to work" they are now the responsibility of the GOP which was in total control of our govermment for years. The truth is Bill CLinton got rid of most of the waste and abuse in the welfare system. And remember, welfare is not necessarily a bad thing. Because if you remove it and there are no jobs, then we all pay in other ways, including crime. But the rightwing likes a criminal society where the poor are kept down, shot, imprisoned and denied any help. WHy? You have to go back to the days of the KKK to understand, or even earlier. Back to slavery. At their core the rightwing are racists. That is really what all this "welfare" and "immigration" griping is all about. Good old fashioned racism. So stop it.
