Why don't the death tax apply to everyone? Some people are more equal than others? The govt taxes you while you're alive on your income, then the govt takes more taxes out of that same money when you die. If you're for taxes "only on the rich", then you've bought into class warfare. Everyone should be treated equally. If you want to help the poor, then help the poor. Don't say you're going to help the poor by taking money from the rich and putting it into pork projects that keeps you in power.
