But the car is the gun owner's property. I support Disney's right to fire the guy, because I support the right to fire people in general. Absent a specific contract the company should be able to fire the employee, just as the employee can effectively "fire" the company by quiting. I don't support the action, but I support their right to take the action. Sort of like how I support free speech rights for people who I think have idiotic political opinions.
