Death was the subject of the beginning post Mike: Message 24735888 I'm for fairness in taxes. Tax everyone the same "rate". If you want to exempt a certain level fine. But to make someone pay a higher "rate" is nonsense. They're already payer more on the fact they make more. The again, why tax only the productive members of society? Hell, let's have a tax on people who are milking the welfare system... :) Our tax system penalizes those that work hard and rewards those that do not.
