Ref BQI - I am a firm believer that good management makes all the difference in a company. I'll be on board soon. Waiting for my ESOP payment that was due last week. I work for LLL and they should have distributed already. Overdue - Should get it tomorrow. great benefit - we put up to 10% of our salary in and every 6 months they give us shares 15% below market and we can sell immediately. LLL is up another 2% since vesting day so that will also help a bit.
