Good grief. No, the founding fathers didn't support infanticide.

First off the "General Court of MA Bay" wasn't the founders of the US. And the "stubborn child" laws were effectively death penalties for incorrigible youths. I doubt this was allowed very often. But its not the same as letting new born children die of neglect as Obama supports.
