McCain's age is a serious problem. And he has no new ideas. In fact the entire GOP seems to be living in the far past. They're still trying to fight Vietnam and the Cold War, and still trying to dismantle the US middleclass and FDR's programs. And now their attacks on clean energy and the environment.

It's really awful. And so dishonest.

McCain is old. He also has lots of experience. You are correct on both counts. I think it has made him better, experience is invaluable.
I personally do not think he is a good choice for President. I say the same for Obama.
