From your link:

"Despite these negative attitudes towards Congress, Democrats continue to enjoy a double digit lead on the Generic Congressional Ballot."

It's the (R)'s that are dragging down congressional approval. As your team will discover in November.

Congressional Approval Falls to Single Digits for First Time Ever

That's right. Republicans have a minus approval rating. When you average it in with the Dem's rating, it results in a very low score.

Do you really not get how fukked the GOP is?

Strangely, the Dems in Congress are at 47% and the Reps at 34%. Bernie Sanders probably is rated pretty well, so Joe Lieberman's rating must be like -10000% to account for it.
