You notice, running down the list, that the best buys are from the chain stores

Best buys is very misleading. It means they meet minimum level of compliance. If you count the colors, only a handful are red, meaning not meeting minimum compliance.

Yellow means the company did not submit complete data (and the data they did got does not place them in red). So the yellow may just as well be green.

Notice another thing: there is no numerical rating, from best to worst, based on concentration or purity. It is like one of the politically correct, dumbed down tests, that makes sure that pretty much everyone passes.

The only thing it is helpful for is to avoid the absolutely worst choices. Any of the green may not exactly be a best buy. It could very well be 6th from the bottom, or nearly the worst choice.
