and as much as the process itself..
may be expensive to initiate
I strongly believe, that as with so many "green" efforts,
those that truly make a substantial contribution (which the LACC process does)
will - in the end - succeed!

so those of us who keep our finger on the pulse
perhaps, should consider our current investment
to be our ticket "in" for when the time is right.
