Perhaps... but don't get too gushy about it, it's early in the legal day yet --- because they *also* agreed that 'reasonable rules' may be placed on this right, to restrict it's unbridled use, and to protect society from harm.

So they clearly agreed that it is not an unlimited or unrestricted right.

(Some sample reasons given in the various Justices' written remarks were: 'assault weapon bans', restrictions on criminals or mentally incompetent, restrictions on sales, etc.)

My guess: MANY, many more cases to come before the Court before what is 'legal' and what is not is fleshed out.
