thanx nwest for posting that. I personally have been criticized by Rhonda for forwarding emailed information to a very select few of fellow investors that I trust are both civil, believe in the LACC process and maintain long positions.
I am looking forward to a direct correlation between the many PR's that have announced PO's, LACC and otherwise, with most of the clients still unnamed, and see revenue of business reflected in the quarterly reports.
we could be reaching that point in Company's history.

Let me state publicly that I would love to be proven wrong. If I am I will admit so in this open forum. I very much would like to believe what is said in your e-mail. So, let's see. Time will tell. Besides, if I am wrong, then I make a lot of money. So I hope I am wrong all the way to the bank.

I am now completely on the sidelines with ACII. Five main reasons:

1. The two million dollar warrants given last year to 2 directors/officers that were exercised when the company had seemingly done nothing to justify such high amounts.

2. Continued dilution and large consulting fees.

3. Very strange politics going on.

4. History of suspicous PRs.

5. Rhonda never replied to polite emails and phone calls I made 6 months ago.

I am waiting now until there is a significant contract with a legitimate name attached and terms that are clear. Until then, I no longer have faith that the company is trying to do anything but line their own pockets.

Good luck to those who remain.

ted

nwest: Looks like Marc will have his day in court according to today's PR. Then we will see how truthful Rhonda is being. She's lied to multiple people here so I'd say it's not looking too good for Marc right now.
