Because it costs a lot of money to make the country a place where people can earn $300K. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So the bigger the government, the more opportunities exist to earn $300K/year? Now that isn't what I said, is it? But getting the masses hooked on the government teat will turn the country into a place where people will have no hope of making $300K/year. There is some truth to that. It's a good thing nobody is proposing it.
