McCain's a moron. Drilling in ANWR and off the FLA and CA coasts make all the sense in the world.

Bush said a few weeks ago that ANWR would be producing 670,000 barrels a day by now.....big whip!

You're quoting Bush??? What the hell does he know?

If the 230 million vehicles in the US

Americans drive 230 million cars every day?

saved just 0.12 gallons a day it would be the equivalent of potential ANWR production

Wrong.

...think of it....don't drive about 1.5 miles a day

Wrong.

on your 15 mpg SUV

Wrong.

Put this in your file..... The world uses 88 million barrels of oil every day.... There are an estimated 1.2 trillion barrels of proven reserves in the world. At the current rate of consumption (and we know that's increasing), the world is effectively out of oil in 38 years!!!! Maybe ANWR should be a strategic petroleum reserve....and some of the off shore sites also.... Knowing how paranoid you wingnuts are having some oil in reserve may be more important defensively than 1000 mile fences, invasion of undeveloped countries, anti-missile systems, and pissing off a former enemy who still has 1000's of nukes... You guys are so myopic.

All totally irrelevant.
The price of oil is the election issue. Any plan to lower it is a winner for the candidate who proposes it.
