Sure I am. Class warfare is happening right now. You are correct on that. The upper class with all the wealth and power and the oil companies with all their wealth and power and really sticking it to middle America. Bush has done everything in his power to benefit the oil companies in the last 8 years to the detriment of this country.

It's time that we recognize just how bad oil is for our economy and national security and actively move towards diversifying our energy source so that we can be energy independent. The most powerful basket of approaches would be to tax the bad thing and provide subsidies for the good thing.

We've been subsidizing oil as long as I've been alive, so there is no reason why we shouldn't do the same for alternatives and do it in at least the same amounts as we do it for oil.
