$60M is the SCHOT shortfall, isn't it?
Can't they write that off against this year's earnings?
After all, the trailing 12 mo. revenue was $11/share,
or over $1B. Profits should be at least 15%, or $150M
for this year, if sales don't increase. What's the problem?
They even have recent deals for panels and components for
the Olympics and Xmas season.

Seems like a viable company to me.
Something smells fishy.
